Government Sheikh-ul-Alam Memorial Degree College, Budgam, is affiliated to the University of Kashmir, and all undergraduate examinations are conducted under the authority and guidelines of the University's Directorate of Examinations. The examination system is designed to assess the academic progress of students in a fair, transparent, and systematic manner, in accordance with the semester scheme and annual pattern prescribed by the University.
