The Library of Sheikh-ul-Alam Memorial Degree College Budgam serves as a central hub for academic learning, research, and intellectual engagement. Established along with the college in 2005, the library plays a vital role in supporting the teaching, learning, and research activities of students and faculty. Over the years, it has developed into an essential academic resource center, providing access to a wide range of information sources and study facilities in a conducive learning environment.

The library houses a collection of 15,150 books covering diverse disciplines including arts, sciences, languages, and professional studies. It provides access to national digital scholarly resources through the One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) initiative, enabling users to explore a wide range of academic journals and research materials.
